My Life and Challenges as a Diabetic

Hi, my name is Rudy Wusstig; I grew up on the Island of Guam where Diabetes is 300 % higher than anywhere else in the world. People on dialysis are 1,000 % higher than anywhere else. I graduated in High School in Guam weighing only 138 lbs. and never in my mind thinking that someday I will become part of this statistic. In the last thirty-five years, I have been struggling with the issue of obesity. I tried different dieting plans including going to the gym, getting body wrapped and all have failed. I found myself bouncing like a yo-yo with my weight as high as 279 lbs, and down to 223 lbs, then up again. With that being said, I want to reach 180 lbs in the next 180 days. Is that too much to ask or not?

In the summer of 2004, while I was listening to a doctor lecturing on obesity and heart attack I was having a massive headache. Though, the greatest impact in mind is when he said, “Unless we know from within, we are all a walking time bomb.” His suggestion was everyone should get the A1C test so we could find out through our DNA our true vulnerabilities abilities through our blood test.

The very next day I called our Doctor and requested for a prescription for both my wife and I to take the A1C test and her response was you are wasting your money. I insisted for the test until she prescribes for both my wife and I, and we proceeded to the Lab directly.

A week later we received a call from our Doctor’s office and an emergency appointment scheduled for both of us to report the next day. During our appointment our Doctor gave my wife a clean bill of health and gave me the sentence for life as a full blown Diabetic.
She said “my friend your A1C test shows 11.2 very high this means a stroke or a heart attack is on the way unless you take drastic action. The only reason I want your wife here is because I know what a stubborn person you are. Your triglyceride level is 430, your sugar blood fasting is 160, bad cholesterol is 290 LDL and good cholesterol HDL is way too low and any one above 6.5 A1C is diabetic”. Her suggestion was to be on insulin right then, but I refused. Her next action was to give me Avandia for my diabetic. Take Crestor to lower my cholesterol quickly.

So, I took home Avandia and Crestor. The next day I was having bad leg cramps and pounding headache. Thanks to Google, research revele my leg cramps is due to a side effect with Crestor, so I decided to stop Crestor as the side effect out weight the benefit. A major side effect for Avandia is headache and possibility death, there goes Avandia to. Finally my research revealed that my 11.2 A1C test, a stroke or heart attack could happen within 4 to 5 years.

In September of 2008, my wife rushed me to the ER with chest pain. I reveled to the ER doctor that my dad died from heart failure at the age of 61 and requested for an echo cardio gram. An echo cardio gram will reveal and take pictures so Doctors can see what is going on with your heart. After five hours in the ER my nurse told me the Doctor decided that I do not need the test. When the Doctor came back, he said all I’m experiencing was acid indigestion. I suffered for the next seven month chest pain, having trouble breathing, and more excruciating headache.

On April 2, 2009 while I was at the MGM in Las Vegas, Nevada I suffered again difficulty breathing, more chest pain. Now I feel like my battery was running in low and unless it’s recharged my whole body will stop. I sat down and a security guard walked by, I asked him where could I get some aspirin, he directed me to a store around the corner. I asked my business associates to go ahead to the seminar; I proceeded to my toughest 30 feet walk of my life in order to purchase water and four aspirin. I then walked back to the same spot and sat. The security guard came by again and said sir you do not look good, would you like for me to call paramedic? I said yes. I was in the ER again this time the ER doctor ordered echo cardio gram test. After 12 hours in the ER and no bed for overnight observation, being stubborn, I checked out of the Hospital and drove back home to Northern California. Through the blessing of the good Lord I was saved again.

The morning of April 9, 2009, my daughter called with three of my grand children on the line singing happy birthday. When they were done singing my daughter asked me what I would like for my birthday. I said Rulaine all I want is to find out what is going on with me. For three days I kept seeing a phone number popping up on my phone with a Las Vegas area code, so I called before I head to the ER and he answered Doctor Lee, I said who? He said “Cardiologist Jon Lee is this Mr. Wusstig? I said yes. He said I have been trying to reach you because I found major abnormality on your echo cardio gram. How fast can you be at the hospital? I said I’m not in Las Vegas and his words were “my friend head to the ER now” by the next morning I had a quadruple by-pass. Two blockage at 99.9 %, one 79 % and the other at 59%.

I have suffered nine ear surgery early in life, broken back since I was ten, going to chiropractors for more than thirty years, have obstructive sleep apnea, central sleep apnea have to sleep with a machine every night. Go through eleven hours surgery on my cervical spine with titanium plates, and lamynectomy on my 3, 4, & 5, lumbar spine.

So, all I need is more complications living the life as diabetic. Throughout the last twenty-five years I have been in MLM in search for answers, but as you see I’m not sure have I found the answer until now.

In the middle of November I received a call from a friend who I have worked with in another MLM Company before. He said you need to take a look at a new product called SLIM. I said right all I need is another one! He said this product lower your LDL 31%. Increase HDL 29%, lower triglyceride, lower blood pressure, but most interestingly it lowers your sugar blood level. Now I said I’m all ears, you are even quoting me with numbers and this product will burn belly fats? No way, I said I have heard it all. No thanks, there is no such product in the market today which addressed all those issues.

I said, Ken, you are telling me that I can reach my goal of 180 lbs within the next 180 days? Lower my LDL without drugs? Increase my HDL? Lower my blood pressure? Burn my stubborn belly fats? Especially bring down my blood sugar to normal? Prove it, because results are the only thing that would make me a believer. So I challenged the challenge and ordered the product. After investigating research of Medical Doctors
in their clinic it leads me to conclude the proof is in the pudding, but without the sugar.
